2. Returns and Exchanges:

We are committed to your satisfaction, and in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assess the situation for a possible return or exchange. Please contact us within 5-7  days of receiving your order to initiate the process.


3. Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. The credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or the initial payment method used for the purchase.
